Loft Steps™ Return Policy

We offer a full refund on your purchase of Loft Steps™ within the time periods listed below less the original shipping charges and you are responsible for the return shipping costs*.

Loft Steps™purchased from 4/01/25 - 9/01/2025 can be returned up until 10-01-2025. This extended return period allows you time to move into your university room and try out the steps.

Loft Steps purchased after 9-01-2025 need to be returned within 30 days following receipt of your order.

* To help reduce the return shipping costs, we can email you a return shipping label for a flat rate cost of $9.95 that will be deducted from your the refund amount of your Loft Steps™ along with the original shipping charges. Or, you can choose to use other shipping methods.
